There are 3 categories:

#1) 20 PLUS - we find and interview people who have maintained and remained with a company, job or profession for 20 or more years. 

#2) HUMBLE HERO - we find and interview people who do simple/great things that usually go unrecognized because these individuals seek no attention, rewards, or credit. 

#3) "OCS" stands for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - we find and interview individuals who exhibit OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
